March: Embroidery Placement + Make a Fabulous Clock
This March we’ll focus on embroidery placement while you create a fabulous clock. Learn practical placement techniques that ensure your design is perfectly centered, balanced, and aligned — then apply those skills to an attractive finished project you’ll be proud to display.
Please note this project may take more than one class and the Sesame Street Designs are exclusive to either Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking Embroidery machines.
Class: Machine Embroidery — 3rd Thursday Monthly
Do you have an embroidery machine and need guidance or inspiration? Join our Machine Embroidery Class, held the 3rd Thursday of every month.
What to expect
Hands-on guidance from an experienced instructor.
Work on one of our sample projects (this month: clock) or bring your own design.
Several of our embroidery machines will be available for student use, or bring your own machine.
Practical tips on stabilizers, thread selection, hooping, and troubleshooting common issues.
Creative ideas to expand what you can make with your machine.
Who it’s for
Beginners who want confidence using their machine.
Intermediate users looking for new techniques and design ideas.
Anyone with a project that needs one-on-one help.
Logistics
When: 3rd Thursday of every month.
Bring: Your machine (optional), project files, fabrics, threads, and stabilizers you plan to use.
Space is limited — please register in advance.
Note: We allow an extended time frame in class so you have extra time to finish embroidery.
